That last row deserves a flag. A previously proposed international-visitor conservation fee of IDR 3,750,000 was never implemented. Earlier proposals floated figures between IDR 2,900,000 and 5,800,000, but those were past proposals, not fees you pay — present park fees are far lower. When should you book an overnight Komodo trip for 2027?

Overnight formats to book against those windows include 2D1N and 3D2N loops around the core park, plus 4D3N and 5D4N routes that push toward Lombok via Saleh Bay, where whale sharks are the draw. The longer the route, the more consecutive quota days it needs — so long crossings are the ones to lock earliest.
What will pre-registration require in 2027?
Passport details alone are no longer sufficient as of 2026. Every boat passenger must submit a passport copy showing the photo page, plus full name, nationality and passport number, to the boat host at least one day before departure — or entry can be denied. For 2027, treat that as the floor, and send documents the moment your booking is confirmed rather than the night before.
